To solve your problem please execute the following instruction:
Go to your Applications folder, locate Everyday app, right click / Command click on it, go to Show Package Contents > Contents > Resources and remove folders fr.lproj and ru.lproj, then restart your Mac and check if Everyday is now launching in English.
